According to statistics, the major 65 steel enterprises in Chinese Hebei province realized net profits of RMB1.358 billion in October, soaring substantially from net losses of RMB721 million in September, driven by rebounded steel market.
However, those steelmakers' net profits totaled RMB2.434 billion, slumping by 86.38% year on year.
